Rhinx creates handcrafted apparel and accessories embellished with individually applied crystals and decorative elements. Many of our products are custom-made and produced by hand, making each piece unique.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen, monitor, or mobile device.

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in crystal placement, alignment, finish, or appearance are considered part of the handmade process and are not defects.

4. Custom Orders

Most Rhinx products are made specifically for each customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all customization details, including text, spelling, artwork, sizing, colors, and any other information before completing the purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Rhinx reserves the right to refuse any customization request that contains offensive, hateful, illegal, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.

5. Production Time

Every order is handcrafted and requires production time before shipping.

Production times displayed on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, complexity, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Payments

Orders enter production only after payment has been successfully authorized and received.

We accept the payment methods available during checkout.

8. Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Rhinx is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs inspections
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Force majeure events
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

9. Product Care

Our products are handcrafted using individually applied crystals.

With regular wear and over time, some crystals may naturally loosen or fall off. This is considered normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect.

To help preserve your garment, we recommend:

Hand wash only.
Do not machine wash.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron directly over the crystals.
Air dry only.
Store carefully to avoid unnecessary friction or pressure.

Following these care instructions will help maximize the life of your Rhinx piece.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Because every Rhinx item is custom-made or handcrafted, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Custom or personalized products
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Customer spelling or design errors
Change of mind

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the product and its packaging.

Each claim will be reviewed individually.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, artwork, text, videos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Rhinx unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rhinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.
