Refund policy
At RHINX, every piece is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.
Exchanges
While we do not offer returns or refunds, an exchange may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 45 days of delivery. Eligibility will depend on the condition of the product and the specific circumstances of the request.
Before approving an exchange, RHINX may request photographs or additional information to evaluate the condition of the item.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or improperly cared for may not qualify for an exchange.
If an exchange is approved, RHINX will provide further instructions regarding the return and replacement process.
EU Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in their order to request a return, where applicable under EU consumer protection laws. https://account.rhinxst.com.
Shipping & Additional Charges
Depending on the circumstances of the exchange, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. This may include the cost of returning the original item to RHINX and/or shipping the replacement item.
RHINX will determine the applicable shipping arrangements on a case-by-case basis and will communicate any applicable costs before proceeding with the exchange.
RHINX is not responsible for additional costs that may arise in connection with international shipments, including but not limited to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Tariffs
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Customs clearance fees
- Carrier surcharges
- Storage fees
- Other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because your RHINX piece is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect customization information, or personal preference.
